Q: How do I place an order?
A: Once you've designed your customized item in our online customizer and are happy with the preview, simply click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and internal GL codes.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
A: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders enter production quickly. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately within [e.g., 2 hours] of placing your order.
